Studying EngD in Biochemical Engineering Collaboration with Autolus, Ltd [email protected] Motivated by an interest in regenerative medicine I undertook a Masters in Biochemical Engineering at UCL. Having developed an insight into cell therapies during my Masters, I decided that an EngD qualification would give me the opportunity to become deeply involved in the real-world delivery of therapeutic benefits to patients. Project: Developing an upstream process for removing contaminating cell types from primary t-cell preparations.
My project investigates alternative techniques for removing contaminate cells from primary T-cell preparations for use in adoptive T-cell therapy generation.
